We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide to assist you with your credit needs, including the preparation and submission of loan applications. We also use it to send you product information and promotional material. From time to time this will include direct marketing communications, but we will always give you the option of not receiving these communications.

We provide your information to our credit licensee National Lending Group Pty Ltd ACL 412778 ACN 152 947 852, appoint Michael Marcou All Residential & Commercial Lending Services Pty Ltd (CRN 540203) and Michael Marcou (CRN 481660) as authorised credit representatives of National Lending Group Pty Ltd ACL 412778 ACN 152 947 852 the companies with whom you choose to deal (and their representatives).

We may also provide your information to contractors who supply services to us (e.g. to handle mailings on our behalf), and to others if we are required to do so by law. We do not trade, rent or sell your information or disclose it to overseas recipients. If you don’t provide us with full information, we can’t properly advise or assist you with loan applications.

Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you can access and ask us to correct your information or make a privacy related complaint. You can obtain a copy by contacting your broker or visiting our website. Your consent By asking us to assist with your credit needs, you consent to the collection and use of the information you have provided to us for the purposes described above.

Internal Disputes Resolution Scheme

Our internal complaints handling system is easy to understand and in plain English. Michael Marcou All Residential & Commercial Lending Services Pty Ltd (CRN 540203) and Michael Marcou (CRN 481660) will make every effort to ensure that the client has every opportunity to express their concern and complaint.

If you have a concern or complaint with us you may:

• Talk to our Complaints Manager by calling 1300 888 416.
• Write a letter addressed to Level 1, 23-27 Wellington St, St Kilda, VIC  3182
• Talk to your NLG Credit Representative
• Upon receipt of a concern or complaint we will discuss the issue with you and undertake any necessary investigation to resolve the issue.
• All client complaints must be responded to within 24hrs of receipt of the initial complaint.
• Unless unforeseeable circumstances arise, all client complaints are to be resolved within 30 days of receipt.
• If after this 30-day period the complaint remains unresolved, you will be informed in writing that your complaint cannot be resolved, and we will inform you of your right to continue through an External Complaints Resolution Scheme of which NLG is a member. 

NLG - National Lending Group Pty Ltd ACL 412778 ACN 152 947 852 is a member of AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority), clients are free to make enquiries with AFCA to addresses any grievances they may have.
